National Medicine and Healthcare

President Obama believes that our Healthcare system needs to be changed to become more like the Healthcare system in the nations of Europe or Canada. He wants a nationalized/government run Healthcare system and because of his stand on this issue, he has the support of many people in our nation. That he now claims that this is not the change that he wants is in the least disingenuous.

The Democrat Party wishes to control Healthcare in America for the same reasons all politicians want to be in charge of anything: Votes. They believe that once your Healthcare comes from the government that they will be seen as having lifted a burden of expense from the common man. But once the government controls Healthcare choices there will be more people suffering in America than ever before.

In Britain as reported by the Telegraph UK:

The Government's drug rationing watchdog (NICE) says "therapeutic" injections of steroids, such as cortisone, which are used to reduce inflammation, should no longer be offered to patients suffering from persistent lower back pain when the cause is not known.

But the British Pain Society, which represents specialists in the field, has written to NICE calling for the guidelines to be withdrawn after its members warned that they would lead to many patients having to undergo unnecessary and high-risk spinal surgery.

If you watch TV you may have noticed that the film some medical shows in Canada. Why is that? One reason is because there are empty hospitals in Canada. Is that because the healthcare in Canada is so expert that there are fewer sick people? No, it is because budget cuts made them close some smaller local hospitals.
